The Companies Behind Hudson Place Residences
Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd is, in the words of its brochure profile, the regional headquarters of the Qingjian Group’s real estate development arm in South-east Asia, working across residential, commercial and industrial property. The profile recalls The Visionaire, an executive condominium fitted with smart-home technology throughout, and lists BCI Asia Top Ten Awards, Asia Property Awards and BCA Awards among the company’s recognition; the brochure shows JadeScape among its homes.
Forsea Holdings Pte Ltd is described in the same pages as a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 construction group from China, an infrastructure group with long building experience, and as a partner focused on build quality and engineering. The architect’s brief adds that the joint venture also includes CYZ Land and Jianan Capital.

Hudson Place Residences Design Team
P&T Consultants is the architect of Hudson Place Residences. Its brief takes two inspirations, the future of one-north and the heritage of the Wessex Estate, and an architectural mood it sums up as upscale, sleek and artistic. The facade follows what it calls an organised New York grid with an expressed structure, and the towers are lifted to open the first storey to landscape and to give the homes higher outlooks and better airflow.
The brief’s landscape concept draws on New York rooftops and courts for the terrace, a green lobby and the plaza, and its interior concept follows a refined loft theme of dark timber, walnut, leather-look finishes and stone. Ecoplan Asia is the landscape consultant and Index Design the interior designer; Engineers Alliance are the civil and structural engineers and United Project Consultants the mechanical and electrical engineers.
The Site of Hudson Place Residences
The Media Circle (Parcel A) site was offered by the Urban Redevelopment Authority under the Government Land Sales programme on a 99-year lease, zoned for residential use with commercial use at the first storey. The tender launched on 26 November 2024 and closed on 4 March 2025, and on 13 March 2025 the authority awarded the site of 7,629.7 square metres, with a maximum gross floor area of 28,230 square metres. The 99-year lease began on 10 June 2025.
